You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
